I've Got Rhythm in my Nursery Rhymes

Classes at certain age levels will be offered in 45 minutes to 1.5 hour increments depending on your child's level and curriculum. During registration your instructor will guide you toward the best class to help your child progress better. All instructors reserve the right to change classes and children according to their best suited level.

We encourage perfect attendance and we hope that your child will attend every class and be on time. As most of the technique is taught at the beginning of class it is vital that students be on time. If for some reason your child is late please help her with shoes before she comes into the classroom. If your child is not going to be at class, please call and let the instructor know or email Corey at corey@burnsdancestudio.com.

Regular Classes will begin in August. They are offered on a nine month basis from August to May. Each class meets one day a week. There are usually three lessons in December and four or five lessons most other months. The studio is closed three days for Thanksgiving, two weeks for Christmas (we go by Aiken County School Calendar), and one week for spring break (Master's Week). We are OPEN on teachers' in-service days and Monday political holidays, due to scheduling difficulties, lessons missed due to inclement weather cannot be made up.

Private lessons are a great way to work on a specific weakness or target a certain skill set. This may include pirouettes, flexibility, and/or leaps.
